Thank you for supporting I4S Positive Impact Foundation Inc. (“the Foundation”). This Donation Refund Policy explains how we handle donations and requests for refunds.
Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable
Gifts to the Foundation are charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable once processed. We rely on donations to carry out our charitable mission, and contributions are typically put to work soon after they are received.
Errors and Good-Faith Refunds
We understand that mistakes happen. If you made a donation in error — for example, an incorrect amount, a duplicate gift, or an unauthorized charge — please contact us within 15 days of the transaction and we will review your request in good faith. Where appropriate, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future contributions at any time by contacting us or by using any self-service option provided at the time of your gift. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund gifts already processed.

To request a refund or cancel a recurring gift, please contact us with the donor name, donation date, and amount:

Tax Receipts
If a donation is refunded, any tax acknowledgment previously issued for that gift is no longer valid. Please consult a tax professional regarding the treatment of refunded contributions.
